Shipping policy

We are located in Sydney Australia. We do not have stock on hand. All personalisation and customization is done onsite in our Sydney location. Our processing time is 5 to 10 working days. We accommodate urgent orders, upon request. Make sure to contact us as soon as you receive your order confirmation.

We mainly use Australia Post and occasionally Courier companies. This all depends on location and best route.

We offer pick up by appointment only. use code PICKUP at checkout and contact us once order confirmation is received. We are located in Greystanes NSW 2145.
